On New Year's Eve, the darling dysfunctionals - who renewed their vows that night — raffled off a $15,000 Asprey diamond necklace at their party at the Beverly Hills Hotel. The agent "won" the necklace — but the Osbournes are claiming she crashed the party and rigged the raffle with stolen tickets. She says she won it fair and square, but the "brokenhearted" couple have issued a statement demanding it back.
